Lanzarote’s César Manrique airport recorded more passenger movements last month than September 2020. Additionally, other Canarian airports have recorded encouraging passenger figures.
Canarian airports recovered 99.5% of passenger traffic in September, compared to the same month in 2019. A total of 3,540,672 passengers passed through the airports (630,986 total movements through the Lanzarote airport).
The Canarian airports with the highest recorded traffic in September were Gran Canaria (957,416), Tenerife Sur (843,176), and Lanzarote César Manrique (630,986).
